Guardian Mobile Monitoring Systems the leading provider of GPS-based, mobile security solutions for the security alarm monitoring industry, is pleased to announce the launch of the Guardian 1200 beacon for 12V or 110V powered assets.

This device is one of the smallest GPS beacons in the world, with auxiliary input, internal antennas and a back-up battery built directly into the device. It communicates on the SMS portion of the GSM wireless network for low monthly fees yet has a number of alerts to aid in theft detection (zone violation, main power disconnect). Applications for this device include such powered assets as construction equipment and ATM machines.
